Does listing or claiming cost anything?

Basic listing and claiming are free, and will stay free. Featured spots and ads are optional extras; your listing is never taken down for not buying them.

How long does claiming take?

Claiming by email code is instant. Manual review takes 1–3 business days after we receive your documents; the result arrives in your messages.

What documents do I need?

Nothing, if you can receive the code by email. For manual review, upload one document — a business licence, a state or city licence, or a bill or lease showing the business name and address — plus a photo of your storefront sign.

Someone else claimed my business. What now?

Open the claim page for that business, submit a dispute with your documents, and we will check it and hand the page to the real owner.

Can I have my business removed?

Yes. Write to us with the business name and page address and tell us you are the owner or acting for the owner; see the “Corrections & removal” page.
