Responsibilities: develop and implement test plans for cells, modules, and packs; operate and maintain testing equipment; analyze data and report findings; collaborate with R&D to refine designs; ensure compliance with standards and safety regulations. Requirements: Bachelor's in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related; 3+ years in battery testing; experience with test equipment and data analysis tools; knowledge of battery technology and industry standards; strong organizational and analytical skills.
