Requirements: Applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date, including time-in-grade (GS-15 requires 52 weeks at GS-14) and submit SF-50s; a degree in accounting or related field with 24 semester hours in accounting, or at least 4 years of accounting experience with 24 semester hours in accounting, or CPA/CIA certification.
